Gas and boiler jobs only go to Gas Safe registered engineers. Ask to see your engineer's Gas Safe ID card when they arrive: you can check the number on the Gas Safe Register website.
Do you deal with my insurer?
No. We are plumbers, not claims handlers, so we do not contact insurers or run claims. What we do is photograph the damage, take moisture readings and write up exactly what failed and what we repaired. That record is yours, and it is what an insurer asks for.
